You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use automated means to collect content without our permission.

We may update, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time.

We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately. Colours shown on screen are illustrations and may differ from the physical product depending on your display. Specifications such as volumes and dimensions are approximate. If a product is not as described, your remedy is to return it in accordance with our Refund Policy.

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and exclude applicable sales tax and shipping, which are shown at checkout. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; a contract is formed only when we dispatch your items and send a shipping confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is unavailable, where there is an obvious pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method. We do not store full card details on our servers.

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy and returns in our Refund Policy; both form part of these Terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you when items are delivered to the carrier.

All content on the site — including text, illustrations, graphics, logos and the NJ ENTREPRISE name and monogram — is owned by or licensed to NJ ENTREPRISE LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided "as is". NJ ENTREPRISE LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Art materials should be used according to their labels and with adequate ventilation. Keep materials out of reach of children.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
